Refund & Return Policy for HQ Design Studio

At HQ Design Studio, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality design and digital solutions. We understand that questions about refunds and returns may arise, so please review the following policies regarding our services and products.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design and digital services, we do not offer refunds for completed projects once delivered and accepted. Refunds may be considered only under specific conditions as outlined below.

Non-Refundable Services: Graphic design, branding, web design, and other digital services are non-refundable once the project has commenced or design concepts have been shared, as these services involve dedicated time, resources, and creative expertise.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Project Cancellation by HQ Design Studio: If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Pre-Paid Services: If you have prepaid for a service package but wish to cancel prior to the project start, a partial refund may be granted, deducting any non-refundable administrative or initial consultation fees.

All eligible refunds are subject to HQ Design Studio’s review and discretion.

3. Revision Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction by offering a specific number of revisions as outlined in your contract or proposal. Additional revisions beyond this may incur additional charges. Refunds are not applicable after revisions have been made, as the design process involves substantial time and creative input.

4. Digital Products

For digital products such as templates, downloadable content, or software:

Non-Refundable: All digital products purchased through HQ Design Studio are non-refundable due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads.
Exceptions: If a digital product is found to be defective or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will offer support or provide a replacement product if feasible.

5. Custom Print Products

If you have ordered custom print products (e.g., posters, business cards) from HQ Design Studio, please review the following:

Non-Refundable: Custom print products are non-refundable once design approval has been given and the order has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if valid, arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.

6. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund as per this policy, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our team at support@hqdesign.studio within 7 days of receiving the product or service. Please include your name, contact details, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Review Process: We will review your request and, if it meets our refund policy criteria, initiate the refund process.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Amendments to the Refund & Return Policy

HQ Design Studio reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will apply only to transactions made after the update.
